Point bond products

Point Bond

Point bond products can be made from polyester, polypropylene, and/or rayon. They are formed of multiple layers of material which are sent through a roller machine with heated nodules that spot-heat the materials, forming a grid-like pattern of melt points that bond the different layers together and add strength to the end product. Monarch Textiles offers point bond materials in weights from 0.5 oz/yd2 up to 3 oz/yd2. We provide a number of converting services to add further value to our point bond materials.
